Roundabout
Roundabout is a collegiate barbershop quartet which hails from Taylorville, Illinois. All four members met as students of Taylorville High School. They all sang in the choir and were very active within the high school itself. They have all excelled in different aspects of music for many years. Roundabout consists of tenor Brian Conrad, lead Matt Carlen, baritone Jorden Brotherton, and bass Steven Dawson. Matt, Jorden, and Steve began singing barbershop previously, while Brian is in the midst of his first quartet. Their goal is simple: “Perfect harmony, beautiful sound, and fun!” All audiences agree that they do not disappoint in any of these categories! In 2005 they wowed audiences at the Christian County Fair Talent Show taking first prize; their very first time on stage together! In 2006 they came out of nowhere at the IAAF State of Illinois Talent competition: finishing second out of a field of 52. They are gearing up for their second Society competition in April, 2006.
These four high school friends are constantly trying to impress and improve. They are always willing to do a show if at all possible. Please visit the contact page about show times and fees.

AS SOON AS I RETURN, Roundabout! will be back in action and ready to sing. I would like to thank Matt, Brian, and Steve for being so supportive of my decision. Thanks Guys!
